★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ngga ngerti lg dah sm pelayanan kota bekasi sangat buruk! Kelurahan kecamatan semua petugas buruk jutek judes, gabisa melayani masyarakat dengan benar gausah jd pns kalau begitu!!! Timbang cetak ktp baru aja ribetnya minta ampun, manual disuruh online giliran udh online antrian penuh trusssss!!!! Tanggal kecil penuh tanggal besar disuruh pilih tanggal sebelumnya trus lu mau nyuruh gua tanggal brp???? Tanggal 32???? Tolong lah kalo kerja yg benar!!!!! Gamau melayani masyarakat gausah kerja molor aja dirumah!!!!!
I don't know anymore, but the service in the city of Bekasi is so bad! The sub-district district all officers are bad jutek bitchy, can't serve the community properly, don't be a civil servant then!!! Weighing in just printing the ID card, it's just complicated, asking for forgiveness, manually told to go online, turn already online, the queue is full, trusssss!!!! Small date full of big date I was told to choose the previous date then you want to tell me what date???? the 32nd???? Please if the work is right!!!!! Don't want to serve the community, don't work late at home!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aplikasi e open mnurut saya blm sempurna. Harus nya jgn di luncur dlu..
Giliran terpaksa memakai aplikasi .Pas dtg ke kcamatan dpersulit...saya gk ngerti pekerja nya yg pura2 bego , apa saya sengaja dpersuit agar saya pakai calo..
Tapi sumpah itulah org kcamatan yg slalu persulit mengurs admin.. Tolong @kotabekasi jangan pasang sloga "anti calo" padahal aktual nya masih banyak calo bahkan org kecamatan nya sendiri yg caloin.
Kalau gk percaya coba aja pura2 jd rakyat biasa yg mau urus admin ktp atau kk..atau sirat lain nya.. Dijamin dpersulit.
Atau adain sidak aja..biar ktauan

The e-open application in my opinion is not perfect. It should not be launched first..
It's my turn to use the application. When I come to the sub-district, it's difficult... I don't understand the workers who are pretending to be stupid, did I deliberately get suit so that I use brokers..
But I swear it's the sub-district people who always make it difficult for admins.. Please @kotabekasi don't put up the "anti-calo" slogan when in fact there are still many brokers, even the sub-district people themselves are brokers.
If you don't believe it, just try pretending to be a commoner who wants to take care of the ID card or family member admin..or other sirat.. Guaranteed to be difficult.
Or just do an inspection..let me know

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brusan saya dan istri mengunjungi kantor kecamatan bekasi utara ngurus perubahan elemen (cetak ktp el). Alhamdulilah hanya butuh wktu 10 menit, mungkin juga rezeki kami
Ada baiknya warga paham dgn mekanisme aplikasi e-open supaya tdk bingung atau mnunggu lama diklurahan perihal kperluan administratif. Saran buka eopen pada malam hari krena siang atau sore aplikasi ini sulit sekali trbuka
Pahami baik2 eopen karena sebnernya cara digital ini mengurangi hal2 negatif di tmpat2 pelayanan. Aplikasi sudah ckup baik.
Fasilitas trbilang ckup, ruang tunggu benar sempit kipas tidak menyala. Staf pelayanan kooperatif, sebaiknya ada staf resepsionis dimeja depan spaya mmudahlan pngunjung baru

It is better for residents to understand the mechanism of the e-open application so that they are not confused or wait a long time in the village regarding administrative needs. Suggestions to open e-open at night because in the afternoon or evening this application is very difficult to open
Understand eopen well because actually this digital way reduces negative things in service places. The application is good enough.
The facilities are quite adequate, the waiting room is really narrow the fan doesn't turn on. Cooperative service staff, there should be a reception staff at the front desk to make it easier for new visitors
