★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paraaaaahh urus KTP disini......di awal katanya tunggu 2minggu lagi saya ambil 2bln setelahnya katanya blom jadi juga.....tunggu lagi sebulan lagi yah ....selama 2bulan ngapain aja.......salah satu petugas ngasih usul klo bayar 100hari ini langsung jadi...gmn ?????
Paraaaaahh take care of ID cards here...... at the beginning he said wait 2 more weeks I took 2 months after that he said it hasn't been done yet..... wait another month huh .... for 2 months what to do...... wrong one officer gave a suggestion that if you pay 100 days, it will immediately happen... how about

Pelayanan sangat-sangat tidak ramah dan non problem-solving. Perlu diingat, pelayan publik bekerja untuk melayani masyarakat. Namun, sikap mereka tak mencerminkan tugas mereka yang seharusnya.
Mohon dengan amat sangat untuk dibenahi sikap dan kualitas pelayanannya.
