★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mohon dengan sangat pihak BRI, demi kebaikan satpam yang jaga harus di training lagi atau bila perlu di ganti saja dengan yang lebih kompeten. Satpam sangat tidak ramah dan sangat tidak membantu customer, serta sangat kelihatan jika tidak berniat untuk kerja. Pelayanan juga sangat jauh dari kata memuaskan. SDM sangat mempengaruhi kualitas layanan. Kepuasan customer adalah nomer 1. Tidak menutup kemungkinan akan banyak customer yang bakal pindah ke Bank lain. Pelayanan sangat jauh dari Bank Mandiri dan BCA. Karena saya customer ketiganya.

Security guards are very unfriendly and very unhelpful to customers, and very visible if they don't intend to work. Service is also very far from satisfactory. HR greatly affects the quality of service. Customer satisfaction is number 1. It is possible that many customers will move to other banks. The service is very far from Bank Mandiri and BCA. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan sangat buruk dan tidak memberi kenyamanan baik tempat atau Cara menangani customer. Cara komunikasi jg payah. Satpam bilang istirahat, managernya tidak mengakui Ada istirahat CS sehingga antrian no 27 terlewat saat kembali lagi di jam 12.30 sesuai jam yang disampaikan satpam. Tidak Ada empati sama sekali dalam menjawab keluhan customer yang menunggu dari pagi. Berbeda jauh sekali dengan cara BCA atau mandiri menangani customer. Duh ampun.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanannya buruk, flownya diperhatikan kembali. Nomor antrian sudah lewat dipanggil lagi langsung aturan ada SOP yg ditentukan entah nomor yg sudah kelewat dipanggil lagi belakangan atau sesuai kebijakan. Keramahannya keada customer tolong ditingkatkan kembali
