Dear untuk kepala cabang atau kantor pusat PT Mega finance , Disini saya mau KOMPLAIN KARNA TIDAK PUAS DAN KECEWA ATAS PELAYANAN yang TIDAK BAIK yang di lakukan oleh ADH atas nama (AYU ) yang sedang menggantikan posisi customer service saat itu tanggal 24-JULY-2020 , Megafinance ini kan di bidang pelayanan yang image bisnis kalian adalah pelayanan sopan , baik, ramah kepada semua customer yang datang! Tetapi pada saat itu yang melayani saya BUKAN CS ( CUSTOMER SERVICE ) MELAINKAN ADH BARU ATAS NAMA AYU ! Dengan pelayanan Bernada tinggi dan sangat TIDAK SOPAN baik secara bahasa lisan atau pun non lisan yang dimana saat itu saya sama sekali tidak tau kalau ternyata Ruko mega finance cibubur menurut info ADH (AYU) TUTUP PUKUL 16:00 Seharusnya bisa di beritahu scara jelas , dan Seharusnya bisa di info melalui pesan atau info website untuk jam buka atau jam tutup pelayanan ! Bukan menjelaskan PROSES YANG TIDAK PENTING YANG SEHARUSNYA ORANG LAIN TIDAK BERHAK TAU TENTANG INFORMASI RAHASIA PERUSAHAAN, ITU URUSAN INTERNAL MEGA FINANCE , CUSTOMER TIDAK BUTUH JAWABAN YANG TIDAK SESUAI (GAK NYAMBUNG ) TOLONG SAAT CUSTOMER BERTANYA BERI JAWABAN YANG SESUAI DAN JELAS TIDAK USAH DI PUTAR PUTAR ATAU MENCERITAKAN KRONOLOGI TENTANG INTERNAL MEGAFINANCE ! TOLONG PELAYANANNYA LEBIH DI PERBAIKI LAGI KALAU MEMANG TIDAK ADA BASIC CUSTOMER SERVICE LEBIH BAIK TIDAK USAH HANDLE CUSTOMER KARNA SANGAT DI SAYANGKAN IMAGE PERUSAHAAN JADI KURANG BAIK KARNA PELAYANAN ADH ( AYU ) YANG TIDAK ADA ATITTUDE .
