CS sering bolak balik ke dalam..
Masa nanganin 1 nasabah bisa 1 jam padahal cuma buka blokir kartu doang..
Security juga tidak ramah..
Very bad service..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan sangat lambat, meja CS sering kosong, akhirnya costumer harus complain dulu ke SATPAM, agar CS nya dipanggil keluar. Pada saat melayani CS nya sering bolak balik masuk ke dalam, dan keluarnya lama.
kalau Anda ada urusan ke BANK BRI, saran saya jangan ke cabang ini, kecuali jika waktu anda banyak untuk menunggu pelayanan yang buruk dan lambat.
sangat berbeda jauh pelayanannya dengan bank Swasta lain, yang sangat sangat profesional, bahkan sampai ke OB dan Satpam, semua terlatih, sedangkan di bank ini pelayanannya SANGAT TIDAK PROFESIONAL.

if you have business to go to BANK BRI, my advice is not to go to this branch, unless you have a lot of time to wait for bad and slow service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan sangat lambat, meja cs yg bertugas hanya 1. Pertama datang mau ganti kartu atm sama daftar brimo malah buru2 ditawarin kartu kredit. Ujungnya gagal daftar brimo alasannya gangguan server
