★ ★ ★ ★ ★ dokter dan pegawai yg jaga pendaftaran di depan perlu diedukasi ttg menghargai privasi. Seharusnya sudah paham apa itu tes vct, cuma malah ditanya itu tes apa, sakit apa. Iya kalau sendirian, itu kondisinya ramai orang. Privasi pasien tidak dihargai.
 doctors and staff who guard the front registration need to be educated about respecting privacy. Should have understood what a VCT test was, only to be asked what test it was, what was the pain. Yes, if you are alone, it will be crowded with people. Patient privacy is not respected.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ banyak perubahan dalam layanan selama covid...tapi gpp dilakukan buat kebaikan bersama...pelayanan tetap oke...cukup mengikuti alur petugas saja yg diarahkan dari dpn....
many changes in service during covid...but it can't be done for the common good...service is still okay...just follow the officer's path who is directed from front....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perlu diperbaiki lagi sistem antriannya, saya nyerahin nomer antrian jam 9.30 ke poli KIA, baru dipanggil jam 12.30, dalam satu poli ada 3 bidan
The queuing system needs to be improved again, I gave the queue number at 9.30 to the KIA poly, just called at 12.30, in one poly there are 3 midwives

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tolong buat ugd yg persalinan bidan2 nya disuruh belajar lagi , istri saya udah mules dan udah keluar lendir darah 2hari masih disuruh pulang terus dan bilang belum ada pembukaan bahkan malah dijutekin sama bidan yg tidak pake krudung!! Disuruh ini lah disuruh itulah!!
Tapi pas saya ke RSUD cempaka putih malah dibilang udah pembukaan 2 dan langsung ditindak lanjut sampe persalinan saya selesai.
Please make an emergency room for delivery, the midwives were told to study again, my wife was already sick and had blood mucus for 2 days, she was still told to go home and said there had been no opening, and even the midwife who didn't wear a hood was even yelled at!! This is what he was told to do!!
But when I went to the Cempaka Putih Hospital, it was said that it was already opening 2 and was immediately followed up until my delivery was over.
