★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bank DKI di Ruko ini suka ngambil jatah parkir warga, menurut UU rusun, parkir kan benda bersama, dibiayai IPL bersama, eh sama pengelola yg kongkalingkong sama Bank di ruko malah dikomersilin, dirante, dicone dan dipalang khusus utk ruko Bank DKI, klo warga parkir disitu bakal dibaret satpam, trus diusir satpam, ngeri banget pokoknya. Ruko brengsek!! Itu PBBnya yg bayar kan warga juga. Kenapa malah dikhususin buat bank? Kami warga juga bayar parkir bulanan, bayar IPL dan bayar PBB, mentang2 bank punya satpam, seenaknya mengintimidasi warga!! Lahan parkir itu dibangun oleh uang warga lewat biaya peningkatan mutu!!

Not fast enough, there are 2 CS but only 1 CS serving customers, the queue time is very long.
