It's very difficult to make a letter. The staff is incompetent. Many vocational school interns don't know what to do at their front office :(

The service here is good when compared to where I come from.. here the process is fast, not adventurous, and there is no extortion. The staff is also good ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staffs are not helpful, yet not smart and empatethic. At first, they are not wanting to ask what we need. They just want to do the job and complete it, without even want to know what we actually need.
The place is so crowded, by student which interns hence the bureacracy not efficient, not effective. I need to go back and forth just to have a domicile letter. It takes so long to finally have it.
The process are so lame, so are the staffs. Too bad. Staffnya kurang kompetensi dan kurang inovatif.
