Pelayanan nya sangat buruk, untuk pengambilan obat saja nunggu sampai kurang lebih 1 jam... Itu sangat menyiksa pasien yg sakit.... Harap di perbaiki

Ibu hamil tiap periksa kandungan harus swab,abis duit buat swab. Iya periksa kandungan pake bpjs gratis. Swab berlaku cm 2 mgg. Yg bener aja?????!!!!

not good service / not good atitude operator pemanggil pasien ( tidak ramah - un friendly ), malam ini saya berobat dan harus menunggu 30 smp 40 menit tapi ktika saya masuk saya bertanya ada tindakan pasien ya mas tadi,,, dia bilang oh rahasia.. ketika saya menyender ditegur oleh operator diruangan dokter tersebut. tegur pertama untuk tidak blh video.. saya katakan tidak saya tidak video karena saya mau vc ke kawan. tapi ketika saya habis konsultasi ke dokter belio kembali menegur jangann video dsini kalau ,mau video di sbelah disna banyak pasien covied 19 sbelah ruangan.. saya katakan saya mengerti saya tau etika.. lagi apa untungnya saya video ruangan tersebut kecuali apa ada barang barang aneh barang black market atau emank takut cara kerjanya gak bener.. saya ini pasien untung ada dokter yang menenangkan. dan kenapa harus di bahas pasien covid 19 kenapa mengacu mengarahkan pasien covid disbelah.. apakah covid masih dianggap aib.. hadeh mohon kepala puskesmas lebih di bantu sosialisasi lagi untuk karyawannya operator pemanggil pasien yang jaga di ruang dokter.. semoga pemerintah bijak dan melihat karena kita kerja potong gaji bayar pajak pada negara.. yang mana pajak tersebut di gunakan untuk kesejahteraan rakyat dan negara bisa menggaji operator yang di puskesmas tersebutt... semoga yang diatas mohon bisa sidak kembali mulai dr performance attitude kualitas tenaga kerja
not good service / not good service operator calling the patient (unfriendly - un friendly), tonight I was treated and had to wait 30 to 40 minutes but when I entered I asked about the patient's actions, bro ... he said oh secret ... when I leaned admonished by the operator in the doctor's room. First admonish me for not blh video .. I said no I don't video because I want vc to my friends. but when I finished consulting the doctor, belio returned to reprimand not to video here if, I want a video on the other side there are many covied 19 patients in one room ... I said I understand I know ethics ... what's in it for me to video the room except if there are strange things black market goods or emank afraid how it works is not correct .. I am a patient fortunately there is a doctor who calmed down. and why should it be discussed by covid patients 19 why is it referring to directing covid patients on the side ... is covid still considered a disgrace ... hadeh ask the head of the puskesmas to be more socialized for employees who are patient calling operators guarding the doctor's room ... hope the government will be wise and see because we work to cut salaries to pay taxes to the state ... where the tax is used for the welfare of the people and the state can pay the operators at the puskesmas ... hopefully the above please can not come back, starting from the performance attitude quality of the workforce

Pelayanannya bagus dan tertib sesuai antrian, tidak membedakan pasien umum dan BPJS.
The service is good and orderly according to the queue, it doesn't differentiate between general patients and BPJS.

So far puskesmasnya bagus. Apalagi buka terus ampe malam. Smg dokter2nya makin bagus juga. Rekam medis juga sudah ada di basis komputer.
So far the puskesmas is good. Moreover, keep open until the night. But the doctors are getting better too. Medical records also already exist in the computer base.

Pelayanan Publik Disini makin jelek saja. Parkiran mobil dibatasi, tp tidak diberikan solusi, sebelumnya motor tidak bisa masuk jd parkir sembarangan diseberang puskesmas. Cuman mau ambil sertifikat imunisasi saja, lamanya minta ampun... Sudah bermaksud sopan ngetuk pintu sebelum masuk sampai 3x, tidak satupun yg dijawab. Pas dibuka ternyata tidak sedang ngapaΒ²in. Karena 3 orang yg didalam sedang asyik main HP. Dan kartu pengambilan sertifikat hanya disuruh taruh saja (saat itu sudah ada 3 kartu pengambilan yg ditumpuk, tentu artinya tidak diapa2in atau diurusin) Kejadian di R. Kesehatan Anak Imunisasi & Tumbuh Kembang, hari Jum'at 07 Januari 2022,Pukul 11:27 am. Kami pekerja ini juga harus ngatur waktu izin dari kantor, untuk dapat kesini. Tolong donk pelayanannya diperbaiki. #shameonyou Gaji dan tunjangan udah besar, tidak sebanding dengan mutu pelayanan.
Public service here is getting worse and worse. Car parking is limited, but no solution is given, previously motorbikes could not enter so they parked haphazardly across from the puskesmas. I just want to take the immunization certificate, it's been a long time asking for forgiveness... It was polite to knock on the door before entering 3 times, no one answered. When it opened, it turned out that it was not doing anything. Because the 3 people inside are busy playing HP. And the card taking the certificate was only told to put it down (at that time there were already 3 collection cards piled up, of course that means nothing to do or be taken care of) Incident at R. Child Health Immunization & Development, Friday 07 January 2022, 11:27 am. We, these workers, also have to arrange permission from the office to get here. Please improve the service. #shameonyou Salaries and allowances are already large, not commensurate with the quality of service.
