★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Semua staf nya ramah, apalagi satpamnya, tempatnya bersih, ga rame, taat peraturan prokes, ada klien lansia yg curhat ke kasir aja sabar ngeladeninnya, sehat2 semua stafnya ?.
All the staff are friendly, especially the security guards, the place is clean, not crowded, obey the health process regulations, there are elderly clients who just confide in the cashier, they are patient, all staff are healthy ?.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ kinerja pegawainya buruk, pikirannya cm istirahat aja, pdhl antrian cuma 1 orang dnan baru jam 11.15. akhirnya ke bank bri cabang utan kayu, antrian banyak, datang jam 11.45 dan tetap di terima dengan baik
the employee's performance is bad, his mind is just taking a break, even though the queue is only 1 person and it's only 11:15 am. Finally went to the BRI bank, the utan Kayu branch, the queue was a lot, came at 11.45 and still received well
