Batas kerja mereka jam sih, jadi mereka bisa manipulasi dengan dilama lamain, saya ambil antrian jam 11 aja sampai jam 15 belum dilayani, kebayang kan lemot nya itu cs, sementara security sudah nolaki costumer bahkan sejak belum jam istirahat siang, gak butuh nasabah ini bank kelihatannya, selesai melayani satu nasabah tidak langsung manggil nasabah berikutnya, terkesan mengulur ngulur waktu, pindahkan segera tabungan kalian jangan sampai berurusan sama unit ini, sumpah mengecewakan!!!! Bukan nasabah prioritas bukan berarti kita tidak punya uang, sadar banyak bank swasta lain...
Mimpi buruk harus berurusan sama CS bertuliskan nama EL (CS 4) ditanggal 04/10/2021
The CS service is taking too long...
Their work limit is hours, so they can manipulate it for a long time, I just took the queue from 11 to 15 and it hasn't been served yet, I can imagine it's slow, cs, while security has ignored the customer even before lunch break, I don't need this customer as a bank it seems, after serving one customer, you don't immediately call the next customer, seem to be buying time, move your savings immediately, don't have to deal with this unit, I swear it's disappointing!!!! Not being a priority customer doesn't mean we don't have money, aware that there are many other private banks...
Nightmares have to deal with CS with the name EL (CS 4) on 04/10/2021

The service is very satisfying, the security guard & mas teller are very friendly, informative & quick to serve?????. I came to take care of the frozen account, it didn't arrive for 5 minutes, it was done ?????? I came at 11am so there was no queue. Cool clean place?????????
