Niat untuk ngurus blokir atm, sudah ke bni pandanaran penuh full di kasih alternatif undip pleburan, Antrean jg penuh full, di kasih alternatif jomblang, Sampai sini Iya sih Ada 7 nomor Antrean tp penanganan nya kok lama banget, Satu orng mau 15 menit.. Smoga Pelayanan lebih ditingkatkan..

Staffnya ramah. Protokol kesehatan bagus. Memang antriannya cukup lama si, karena banyak nasabahnya. Lokasi di samping alfamart sriwijaya, bersih dan mudah dijangkau.

Jujur teller nya kurang ramah dengan customer nya,tidak ditujukan ke semua teller tapi beberapa teller kok kesannya ga sopan ya sama customernya. Bicara terlalu ngegas. Padahal sering kesini buat bayar kuliah. Kecewa sih sama mba-mba teller yang tadi. Tadi mau langsung aku kasih masukan ke mbak-nya tapi udahlah mending nulis disini aja.
Honestly, the tellers are not friendly with their customers, it's not addressed to all tellers, but some tellers don't seem polite to their customers. Talk too loudly. Even though I often come here to pay for college. I'm disappointed with the teller ladies earlier. I was about to give input directly to her, but never mind, I'll just write it here.

Pelayanan prima dan ramah pegawainya. Protokol kesehatan diterapkan sangat baik. Parkiran cukup. Toilet bersih. Untuk CS di lantai bawa dan Tailler di lantai atas. Tempatnya bersih adem dan nyaman. Dekat dengan jalan raya. Kadang sering gangguan jaringan. Pelayanan kedepan bisa lebih baik lagi. Sukses selalu. Terimakasih.
Excellent service and friendly employees. Health protocols are implemented very well. Enough parking. Clean toilet. For CS on the lower floor and Tailler upstairs. The place is clean and comfortable. Close to the highway. Sometimes network disruption. Future services can be even better. Always success. Thanks.

Pelayanan lambat ,, malah mendengarkan nasabah curhat ,, seharusnya lakukan apa yg dibutuhkan nasabah dan selesai yasudah next nasabah selanjutnya,,

Kalo ada ulasan tanpa bintang saya kasih tanpa bintang , knp ? Pertama pelayanannya lambat , CS kurang sopan ,nada bicara melayaninya seolah2 meremehkan ( wktu itu saya mau mengaktifkan rekening yg dibuat oleh perusahaan , dn sempet salah mengisi data ) namun bisa kan bicara dg baik dn tnpa menertawakan nasabah ?! Hoyyy kamu yg kerja diBANK kalo bukan udari dari nasabah kamu digaji siapa ????? Kedua, satpamnya haduhhh .. coba BANK BNI sewa jasa training excelent deh buat mentraining karyawannya untuk 5S , masa perusahaan sekelas BUMN 5S nya zero gitu. Bank swasta BCA saja pelayanannya 5jempol , masa BNI gini. Saya harap ada google ulasan bisa memperbaiki dan dibaca oleh pihak BNI.

First, the service is slow, CS is not polite, the tone of voice serving him seems to be dismissive (at that time I wanted to activate the account created by the company, and I entered the wrong data) but can I speak properly and without laughing at the customer?! Hoyyy, you who work at the BANK, if not from your customers, who are you getting paid for????? Second, the security guard is awesome.. try BANK BNI and hire an excellent training service to train its employees for 5S, when a 5S-class state-owned company is zero. Only the private bank BCA has 5 thumbs up services, this is the BNI period. I hope there is a google review that can improve and be read by BNI.
