★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sering bgt kembalian 100, 200, bahkan 300 ga dibalikin. Kasir ga nanya/bahkan ga alihin uangnya buat donasi. Struk yg totalnya 22.200 dibilang 22.500 tanpa omongan apa-apa. MENIPU. Walaupun cuma ratusan rupiah, tapi itu hak customer. Kalau ga jelas buat apanya dan ga ada persetujuan dulu, namanya kasir MENCURI uang customer. Sudah menipu, mencuri pula. Dikit dikit menjadi bukit, jika digabungkan 50 org yg kembaliannya dicuri, totalnya lebih dari ratusan perak, kan? Untuk apa sih? Nutupin minus target? Ya pake uang sendiri dong jangan pake uang orang lain. Mencuri begitu, tidak malu? Pelayanannya juga tidak ramah!
