★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Satpam nya g ramah.. Kebanyakan mainan hp.. Kita g tau harus gimana tapi diarahkan dengan kurang ramah.. Tolong diperbaiki pelayanan nya..?
The security guard is not friendly .. Most of the cellphone toys .. We don't know what to do but they are directed less kindly .. Please improve the service..?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kantor cabang yg tidak mau membantu pencairan dana bantuan subsidi upah, membuat kantor cabang yg lain jadi banyak antrian di era pandemi. Kok ada ya sistem kerja gak satu suara gitu, sudah tau padahal BNI dikasih previledge oleh pemerintah buat menyalurkan bantuan ke rakyat lha kok malah menolak. Pejabatnya tolong eling anda bekerja di BUMN buat rakyat banyak, meskipun yang menolak kedatangan saya waktu itu adalah satpamnya tapi saya yakin itu atas perintah atasannya.

Datang jam 14.15 disuruh pulang katanya dh mau tutup.
It's better to just go to another BNI.
Came at 2:15 pm told to go home he said he wanted to close.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ gatau kenapa tiap kesini penolakan terus kalo ke cs -_- kalo ke teller sih engga. cuma di bni sini aja nih yg beda dr lainnya. dan emg disini aja bni yg sepi.. bni lain rame semua. hemm
I don't know why every time I come here, I keep getting rejected when I go to cs -_- if I go to the teller, I don't. only here is what's different from the others. and it's just here, BNI is quiet.. Other BNI is busy. hmm

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ada atm dan bank 2 lantai. Termasuk BNI sepi jadi nyaman untuk transaksi. CS lantai 1 dan Teller di lantai 2. Ada toilet di lantai 2 dan bersih. Satpam ramah. Parkir sempit tapi ada pak parkirnya.
There is an atm and bank on 2 floors. Including BNI, it's quiet so it's convenient for transactions. CS is on the 1st floor and Teller is on the 2nd floor. There is a toilet on the 2nd floor and it's clean. Friendly security guard. Parking is narrow but there is a parking pack.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buka tabungan tapi atm suruh nunggu -/+ 14hari, tapi ini sudah 2bulan belum jadi. Setiap ditanya jawabnya belum dtg dan itu dari security yang menjawab tidak dijelaskan kenapa terlambat sampai 2bulan lamanya. Padahal itu jobdesk CS, saya tidak pernah dijelaskan oleh CS kenapa selama ini
