Dateng sebelum jam 8 dapet antrian teller A02..jam 8.20 belum dimulai antrian..
Bedaaa banget sama pelayan lainnya..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan cs nya lama buangettt apalagi cs 1 yg mas2 ngelayani 1 customer 1 jam itu ngapain aja, udah tau lagi banyak customer tp pelayanan lemot bangett
The cs service takes a long time, let alone cs 1 who serves 1 customer for 1 hour, what can I do, I already know there are many more customers but the service is really slow

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ternyata sudah banyak review jelek, BNI cabang ini pelayanan buruk sekali dan lambat. Dari satpam yang kurang tanggap dan CS yang lama sekali, dari antrian 8 ke 37 butuh 4 jam lebih.
It turns out that there have been many bad reviews, this branch of BNI has very bad and slow service. From the unresponsive security guard and the very long CS, from queue 8 to 37 it took more than 4 hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Datang hari senin 7.30Wib sudah dapet antrian no. 15, jam 9 tanya ke satpam sampe no berapa, baru sampe no.3, disuruh nuggu diluar yg panas banget.
pertimbangkan lagi yang mau ke bni cabang majapahit
Come Monday 7.30Wib already got queue no. 15, at 9 I asked the security guard until what number, only arrived no. 3, told to wait outside which was very hot.
consider again those who want to go to the BNI Majapahit branch

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ (9/11) Satpam, CS, OB & Teller sangat ramah (terutama mbak CS No. 6 servis exelent, saya melihat cara handling customernya sangat bagus & sabar), pelayanan & team worknya bagus, ngurus BSU juga cepat. Dapat antrian nomor 9 jam 09.30 sudah selesai.
Untuk yg mau ngurus BSU, lebih baik ambil nomor antrian jam 5 pagi karena kuota dibatasi 20 di cabang ini. Di cabang lain bisa jadi berbeda kuotanya.
Dan bagi yg mengurus BSU siapkan berkas pendukung (FC KTP+NPWP kalau ada & Print dari website kemnaker yg menjelaskan bahwa kita penerima BSU) . Insyaallah cepat prosesnya & memudahkan lainnya :)
(9/11) The security guard, CS, OB & Teller are very friendly (especially Ms. CS No. 6, the service is excellent, I see the customer handling method is very good & patient), the service & team work is good, taking care of the BSU is also fast. Got the queue number 9 at 09.30 it's finished.
For those who want to take care of BSU, it's better to take the queue number at 5 am because the quota is limited to 20 at this branch. In other branches, the quota may be different.
And for those who take care of BSU, prepare supporting files (FC KTP + TIN if available & print from the Ministry of Manpower website explaining that we are BSU recipients). Insyaallah the process will be fast & easy for others :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bintang 1, satpam tidak ramah sama sekali. Baru jam 10 mau tanya kendala rekening malah disuruh ke BNI lain.
1 star, the security guard is not friendly at all. It was only 10 o'clock when I wanted to ask about account problems, instead I was told to go to another BNI.

Dari beberapa kantor cabang bni yg pernah saya datangi, pelayanan cs disini paling oke sih. Komunikasinya bagus, pelayanan nya efeketif, efisien. Kalo soal antrian mah jangan ditanya, biasa nunggu nya lama...
Soalnya blm pernah punya pengalaman nunggu antrian di bni cepet

Of the several BNI branch offices I've been to, the cs service here is the best. The communication is good, the service is effective, efficient. Don't ask about the queue, it's usually a long wait...
It's because I've never had the experience of waiting in a queue at BNI Fast
