★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yesterday was my first ever visit to this branch, and glad to say that I was treated with such pleasantry by one of the helpful staff and customer service, namely Inneke.
The use of the so-called 'ebranch' app also helps a lot and appreciate its user friendly interface. Big up to the guy with glasses who helped me (forgot to ask his name?).
All in all, I thank you kindly for making my first transaction experience there an enjoyable one ??
Keep up the great work there you guys ??
PS: woulda rated 5 stars, had it not been for the odd waiting system, but I guess it's to minimize crowd gatherings within the branch. Still woulda been great if there was a cooling fan outside ?
