★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Antrian tidak panjang, mungkin kurang dari 7 orang. Tapi saya perlu spent waktu sekitar 3 jam untuk membuat 1 tabungan. Pelayanannya begitu lambat.
Ada kotak kritik & saran, tapi tidak menyediakan kertas & pena. Tidak welcome untuk kritik dan saran. Jauh dari kata pelayanan prima untuk sebuah bank.
The queue is not long, maybe less than 7 people. But I need to spend about 3 hours to make 1 savings. The service is so slow.
There is a critique & suggestion box, but no paper & pen is provided. Not welcome for criticism and suggestions. Far from being excellent service for a bank.

Tidak ada antrian panjang di bank mufakat, pelayanannya cukup cepat dan penuh keramahan. Sehingga tidak ada rasa kesal ketika berada di dalam bank muamalat
