Hari senin petugas teller dan CS masing2 hanya satu yg berdinas. Alhasil antrian jadi banyak. Tapi positif thinking aja mungkin karena kebijakan WFH karyawan selama pandemi. Karena KCP tempat duduk customer didalam ruangan terbatas, ditambah dg kebijakan jaga jarak. Jadi ya nunggu di luar pakai tenda. Lumayan kalau siang hari. Oh iya seperti pada org indonesia umumnya, jam istrhat siang hingga jam set 2 baru pelayanan buka kembali. Mudah2an BRI tambah maju lagi. Dg valuasi bank terbesar ke 2. Menuju bank2 digital seperti yg lainya.
On Monday only one of the teller and CS officers is on duty. As a result, there were many queues. But just positive thinking might be due to employee WFH policies during the pandemic. Because KCP customer seats in the room are limited, plus a guarding distance policy. So yeah, wait outside in a tent. Not bad during the day. Oh yes, like most Indonesians, at noon until set 2, the service will reopen. Hopefully BRI will go forward again. With the 2nd largest bank valuation. Towards digital banks like others.

Bad sekali !! sudah tau sedang pandemi, buka rekening sudah bisa online. hanya untuk ambil kartu atm dan buku tabungan saja harus antri, dan gk masuk akal cuman bisa 37 orang saja. dengan alasan teller cuman 1. sudah ijin kerja, tapi tidak dapat apa2. TOLONG DI PERBAIKI SISTEM NYA
So bad!! you know it's a pandemic you can open an account online. just to take an atm card and a savings book, you have to queue, and it doesn't make sense that you can only have 37 people. on the grounds that there are only 1 teller. I have a work permit, but I can't do anything. PLEASE FIX THE SYSTEM

Sdh 5 hari sy coba hubungi no telp yg terpasang tp tidak bisa dihubungi !! Sdh tlp call centre bri jg no tlp yg trdftar itu jg yg tidak bisa dihubungi ! Sy sdh ijin 2 hari tp tidak kebagian no antrian aplg cs ny cm 1 orang SANGAT BURUK SEKALI PELAYANAN KCP BRI TEGAR BERIMAN !!!
I've been trying to contact the phone number installed for 5 days but can't be reached!! I've already called the bri call center and the registered phone number is also the one that can't be contacted! I have permission for 2 days but I don't get the queue number for the cs application, only 1 person VERY BAD SERVICE KCP BRI TRUST BEIMAN!!!

Di masa pandemi, antrian di Bank ini sangat membludak. Antrian panjang dan tanpa kejelasan nomor Antrian. Pertama kali saya mengunjungi bank ini, sy menuggu diluar hampir 2 jam tanpa kejelasan dan akhirnya tidak boleh masuk hingga bank tutup, sehingga tidak bisa bertransaksi. Namun beberapa hari setelahnya sudah ada perbaikan signifikan di Sistem Antriannya. Akses ke lokasi cukup mudah.
During the pandemic, the queue at this bank is very large. Long queues and without clarity of Queue numbers. The first time I visited this bank, I waited outside for almost 2 hours without any clarity and finally I was not allowed to enter until the bank closed, so I couldn't transact. But a few days later there has been a significant improvement in the Queue System. Access to the location is quite easy.

AC nya masih dingin, karena bangunan baru pindah samping skincare dan soto boyolali. Pak satpam nya ramah, baik dan responsive. Antar mama ambil pensiun diizinkan duduk di dalam. Berasa ngehormatin orangtuanya pake bangets. Nama satpamnya Pak Haryono (semoga dikasih promosi jabatan dan dimudahkan urusannya) aamiin.
The air conditioner is still cold, because the building has just moved next to skincare and soto boyolali. The security guard is friendly, kind and responsive. When you take a pension, you are allowed to sit inside. I feel like I really respect my parents. The name of the security guard is Pak Haryono (hopefully he is given a promotion and his affairs are made easier) Amen.
