Ada yg ramah ada yg GAK RAMAH orang tuh security nya senyum kek atau diarahin bener², sementara karyawan nya gitu dr 4 orang yg ada di depan yg ramah cuma SATU ORANG sisanya kecut bgt tuh muka, saya kalo setor di BCA Pantai indah kapuk atau yg di Bogor kota meskipun gaya saya katro pake sendal jepit doang atau dandanan lusuh tp dihargai loh!!! Di sini sumpah pelayanan terburuk bank BCA yg seumur idup baru saya alamin! PERINGATAN buat BCA cabang Cibinong tolong auditnya karyawan diajarin SENYUM & RAMAH, saya kecewa bgt. Semoga ke depannya lebih selektif lg.
NOT CONSISTENT !!! How come the employees of the bank aren't consistent? There are friendly people who are not FRIENDLY, the people who are security smile or directed properly, while the employees are like that of the 4 people in front who are friendly, only ONE person, the rest is shy, really, if I deposit at BCA Pantai Indah Kapok or the one at Bogor city, although my style is katro, I use flip-flops or shabby clothes, but I appreciate it! Here, I swear to you the worst service of a BCA bank that my whole life! WARNING for BCA Cibinong branch please audit the employees taught SMILE & FRIENDLY, I am very disappointed. Hopefully in the future more selectively again.
