★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ganti kartu ATM aja ribet, ngantri panas-panasan LUAMA Banget. Padahal Kartu ATM dia yg masalah dia yg suruh ganti MAKSA tapi nggak nyiapin solusi antrian ketika membludak. Emang dipikir kita nggak sibuk apa. Kondisi ekonomi ancur gini banyak gaya. Pindah Bank juga nih

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pada hari jumat 28/1/22 ibu saya ke mandiri sebrang ccm untuk ganti atm krna atm terblokir. Pelayananmu sangat bertele” dan rumit hingga akhirnya saya kasian sama ibu saya yg sudah kebingungan dan kelelahan krna pelayanan yg bertele dgn menyepelekan seseorang. Kalau memang tidak bisa tolong dibicarakan didepan agar rekomendasi ke KCP, bukan muter” yg di tanya brapa jumlah saldo, lalu bagaimana kita mengetahui total saldo kalau atmNya aja terblokir? Toh itu juga tabungan pribadi a/n sendiri, ribet lah pokoknya CS mu, (sangat berbeda dengan pelayanan CS di KCP) btw Kalau memang harus selalu hafal smua transaksi lalu untuk apa fungsi atm, dan bank.

Bank Tutup jam 14.30 saya datang jam 13.00 kata satpamnya antrian sdh Penuh tdk boleh masuk, kalau mau Tunggu diluar saja jika sebelum jam 14.30 antrian sdh berkurang baru Boleh masuk. Jadi suruh nunggu tidak ada kepastian, seperti org Taruhan, untung2an.
Batas Pelayanan Cuma 50 org saja.
Jam 13.45 saya dipanggil suruh masuk, saya dikasih no Antrian sama satpam bukan Ngambil no antrian dimesin.
Sepertinya ada Permainan di No Antrian krn ada org yg masuk belakangan tapi dilayani duluan.
Jam 15.15 saya baru selesai.
Padahl saya cuma mau buat kartu baru krn kartu yg lama tertelan di Mesin ATM.

Bank Closes at 14.30 I came at 13.00 the security guard said the queue was full, you can't enter, if you want just wait outside if before 14.30 the queue has decreased then you can enter. So tell me to wait for no certainty, like betting people, luckily.
Service limit is only 50 people.
At 13.45 I was called and told to come in, I was given the queue number and the security guard instead of taking the queue number on the machine.
There seems to be a game in No Queue because there are people who enter later but are served first.
At 15.15 I just finished.
Even though I just wanted to make a new card because the old card was swallowed in the ATM machine.
