Ini kan kita nyimpan uang di kalian ya, tapi kenapa di persulit gini ya prosesnya.
Unusual wherever the place is queued at cs BNI can take up to 3 hours.
This is what we save money with you guys, but why is the process complicated?

Antrian di Costumer Service cukup panjang karena hanya dilayani oleh 1 orang petugas.
Saran: Efisiensi pelayanan CS perlu ditingkatkan, terutama karena terletak di pusat bisnis Cibinong.
The cash office, located in the complex of the Cibinong City Center Shophouse, is a strong believer.
The queue at Costumer Service is quite long because it is only served by one officer.
Suggestion: The efficiency of CS services needs to be improved, especially because it is located in the business center of Cibinong.

Petugas CS cuma 1 orang. Jadi lamaaaaa bangetttt
Saya dtg sore jam 3.30wib. no Antrian 21.
Baru di panggil jam 16.45wib.
Sebelum ke sini ke BNI jl raya bogor juga pelayanannya lamaaaaaa bangettt... jam 14.30 dapat antrian 94 sementara baru sampe 76.
petugas nya kerjanya lambattt.
Untuk layanin 1 customer mungkin butuh paling cepat 1 jam sampe 2jam.
Petugas kerja sambil ngobroll... menurut saya kurang profesional aja..

Before coming here to BNI Jl. Raya Bogor, the service took a long time ... at 14.30 you got a queue of 94 while it only arrived 76.
the officers work slowly
To serve 1 customer, it may take at least 1 hour to 2 hours.
Workers while chatting ... in my opinion, just not professional ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small spaces Cibinong branch,only 2 counter at a time for both,customer service and teller,queue are too long even though you came bit earlier but still slow movement. The service was good from security guard and staff,the only things thats bother me is not convenient,too crowd in the middle of this pandemic situation.
