FIF is bad, the installment for the motorbike is 3 days late. There is already a bill home, don't use FIF

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ gak sopan terutama cashiernya/costumer service, kebiasaan nagih duit cepet, ambil claim hak lemot kek siput, ribet jangan pakai FIF saran aja... yang namanya kredit g enak pasti, apa lagi asuransinya. buat belajar pengalaman.
not polite, especially the cashier / customer service, the habit of collecting money quickly, claiming rights slowly to the snail, it's complicated, don't use FIF advice ... the name of credit is not good for sure, what else is the insurance. for learning experiences.

Kronologi : saya ingin melakukan pelsus atas tunggakan dikarenakan pandemi dan saya tidak tau menau info soal denda sudah berapa dan sebagainya
Jadi saya minta tolong salah satu kawan saya di fif untuk menanyakan hal tersebut
Tapi oknum supervisor yang bernama okta ini menanggapi nya dengan balasan yang tidak menyenangkan..termasuk mengajurkan kawan saya untuk mengerjai/berbuat tidak profesional terhadap saya ada bukti screenshoot chat whatsapp dan voicenote dari si oknum ini saya tekankan disini bahwa saya sama sekali tidak mengetahui denda berapa
Alangkah baiknya cukup di infokan dengan baik jelas dan ramah tidak perlu berkata demikian atau mengajurkan anak buahnya untuk mengerjai konsumen seperti itu
Saya sudah ajukan keluhan via email juga...ga akan lagi mau urusan sama fif..
I want to make a complaint about the unpleasant words/attitudes made by the supervisor of the FIF Cibinong branch
Chronology: I want to do pelsus on arrears due to the pandemic and I don't know what information about the fines and so on
So I asked one of my friends in fif to ask this question
But this supervisor named Okta responded with an unpleasant reply..including suggesting my friend to work/act unprofessionally against me, there is evidence of screenshots of whatsapp chat and voicenotes from this person. I emphasize here that I have absolutely no idea how much the fine is
It would be nice enough to be well informed, clear and friendly, no need to say that or encourage his subordinates to work on consumers like that
I've already submitted a complaint via email as well... will no longer want to deal with fif..
