★ ★ ★ ★ ★ CS cukup teliti dalam menangani kasus keamanan perbankan dan sempat bertanya untuk kejelasan yang belum CS mengerti serta selalu menjelaskan secara detail. Tapi alangkah baiknya jika pengunjung dilayani sesuai nomer antrian dan bukan karena kenal jadi malah membuat nasabah menunggu lebih lama.
CS was quite thorough in handling banking security cases and had time to ask for clarity that CS did not understand and always explained in detail. But it would be nice if visitors are served according to the queue number and not because they know so instead makes customers wait longer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan cs ramah. Pakir mobil sangat sulit dan satpam gedung tidak ramah, saya jadi membatalkan membuka rekening di sini. Seharusnya Bank Mandiri pindah ke lokasi yang lebih strategis
Friendly CS service. Car drivers are very difficult and the building security guard is not friendly, so I canceled opening an account here. Bank Mandiri should have moved to a more strategic location

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 15 menit sebelum ditutup cabang ini tidak menerima nasabah. CS juga terlihat santai-santai dengan security. Jam operasional yang terpampang pada pintu hanya sebagai formalitas.
15 minutes before closing this branch does not accept customers. CS also looks relaxed with security. The operating hours displayed on the door are only a formality.

No. What's the queue for if the one you know comes first... a rich building security guard who owns a building... please soften his attitude to the security guard ?♂️
