★ ★ ★ ★ ★ di masa psbb transisi. bikin rekening baru ribet banget pake video call, padahal udah ada di banknya. cs yang ditelpon bilang bisa langsung jadi, cs di lokasi bilang 2 hari. setelah pake ngotot akhirnya bisa ditungguin, jadi ga sampe sejam.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan nya kurang bagus, beberapa minggu yang lalu buka rek. di mobile bangking, dan ambil kartu yg di tuju di lok tersebt, dan suruh setoran tunai 500rb, dan pada saat pengambilan buku rek dan kartu ATM nya,mba nya bilang di suruh ambil ke cabang matraman, dengam alasan kartu ATM nya stock nya lg kosong , dan saya dari kcp trsbt saya langsng ke cabang tersebut
setelah kesan mesin nya error trs2 berkali 2 dan sdah beberapa x kesna tetap saja hasilnya nihil/mesin nya error trs dan balik lg ke cabang di johar baru , untuk mengaktifkan mbangkingnya, tdak bisa ,malah di suruh setoran tunai lg, apa2 ini malah di suruh setoran tunai lg 500rb, untuk buka rek. baru alasan nya sudah jelas2 beberapa minggu yg lalu sdah buka rek.dari mbangking, tinggal ambil kartu nya saja, dan di bilang cs nya itu bilang ini sdah sop nya seprti itu, alasan gk msk akal ,, intinya di persulit nasabah nya...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Still located in Percetakan Negara, near stores for building material, it is not look like big branch from outside but quite big inside. There is a service in ground floor so it's accessible for disabled one. Although actually teller is in second floor. The officers are kind and helpful. It has also 24 hours ATM and always have stand by security so I think it's safe ya. Parking is so limited, but many spaces for motorcycle but car, no.
