 Customer Service is not friendly, cs queue system is also a mess, not called according to arrival.

SAYA DATANG SETELAH JAM MAKAN SIANG, SEKITAR 12:50. TAPI KARYAWAN MENGATAKAN BAHWA SUDAH TUTUP UNTUK ANTRIAN GILIRAN BPK, KARENA MASIH ADA 2 NASABAH LAGI YG DALAM ANTRIAN.. LALU SAYA DI SURUH PULANG. PADAHAL SAYA DATANG TIDAK DI JAM CLOSED!!!

I COME AFTER LUNCH HOUR, AROUND 12:50. BUT THE EMPLOYEES SAY THAT ALREADY CLOSED FOR CPC TURN QUEUE, BECAUSE THERE ARE STILL 2 MORE CUSTOMERS IN THE QUEUE .. THEN I WAS IN SURUH PULANG. ALTHOUGH I DON'T COME IN CLOSED HOURS !!!

Sangking gembiranya si nenek mau dpt duit, orang² yg di deket beliau mau dibagiin duit. Naluri embah, senang bagi² duit.

Very bad service. Queue up to take care of PIP. Have to take queue again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is one of BRI Branch that located in Percetakan Negara. I think it is better called branch Percetakan Negara than Rawasari based on the location but may be bacause many branches already so it is called Rawasari. It is one of old branch, since long time has been built. Easy to find. There is quite big parking space but office itself is not really big. Few times I went here, always have queue although not really long. Everything else is ok like other branch. There is also ATM BRI here if not mistaken that always opened for 24 hours.
