★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan sangat buruk dan security kurang ngajar tidak punya etika dan sopan santun,tadinya sy mau buka rekening TDK jadi..setau sy klu bank itu harus memiliki sopan santun dan TDK melihat penampilan nasabah tolong di training hari ini baru sy ketemu pelayanan yg sangat buruk.dan TDK akan mau sy bika bang disana. Jadi BNI tolong perbaikilah pelayanan kalian ia.tanpa nasabah kalian TDK bs apa2
 The service is very bad and the security is not teaching enough, it doesn't have ethics and manners, at first I wanted to open a TDK account so ... if I did, the bank had to have manners and TDK to see the appearance of customers please in training today I just met a very bad service. and TDK will want me to be there. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan CS nya lambat banget, tidak bisa memberikan solusi sama sekali. sungkan untuk membuka rekening jika alamat KTP bukan di daerah tersebut
The CS service is very slow, can't provide a solution at all. feel free to open an account if the KTP address is not in the area

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beberapa saat yg lalu saya diberitahu untuk mengambil BSU disini, namun kata CS disini tidak bisa karena tidak sesuai data.
padahal kata CS bank BNI yg di tempat lain bilang "pengambilan BSU bisa di cabang terdekat"
A few moments ago I was told to take BSU here, but said CS here couldn't because it didn't match the data.
even though the BNI bank CS said elsewhere that "you can pick up BSU at the nearest branch"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Udeh berkali2 mau buka rekening ditolak dan Pelayanan teller nya lambat dan tidak memahami persyaratanan tipe tabungan buka rekening ,masak mau buka rekening yg taplus muda yg saldo nya depositnya 100rb ada tambahan nya kyk asuransi 300rban. @BNI
Have tried to open an account many times and have been refused and the teller service is slow and doesn't understand the requirements for the type of savings account to open an account, how about opening a young taplus account with a deposit balance of 100 thousand, there is an addition like 300 thousand insurance. @BNI

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BNI Percetakan Negara ini sesuai dengan namanya berada di kompleks ruko yang ada di Percetakan Negara yang satu kompleks ruko dengan toko Mitra 10. Di Bank BNI ini terdapat dua buah mesin ATM, yang satu pecahan 100ribu dan yang satunya lagi pecahan 50ribu. ATM BNI di sini cuma bisa narik uang di sini, tidak bisa setor uang tunai.
BNI Printing Negara, as the name suggests, is located in a shophouse complex in Percetakan Negara, which is a shophouse complex with a Mitra 10 store. At BNI Bank, there are two ATM machines, one in the 100 thousand denomination and the other in the 50 thousand denomination. BNI ATMs here can only withdraw money here, cannot deposit cash.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located in Ruko that is in one complex with Mitra 10 Percetakan Negara, it's easy to be find. There is 24 hours ATM. Because in that complex and having own security, it's safe. The service is good. In ground floor is for ATM and customer service but the teller is in 2nd floor. It's quite difficult to be accessed for disabled. I think it's quite big branch so sometimes when other branches are closed,but it's opened with shift working staffs. Parking is easy to find but if just for a while, we can stop by in road.
