★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan lama, kurang memuaskan. antrian tidak teratur. antrian yang sudah kelewat, tidak mengambil antrian lagi tapi bisa langsung ke pelayanan CS.. kasihan yang sudah menunggu antrian disitu sampai berjam-jam.
 Old service, unsatisfactory. irregular queues. queues that are already over, do not take the queue anymore but can go directly to CS services .. sorry for waiting for the queue there for hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanannya kurang ..terlalu lama padahal antrian customer service 1 sampai 4 aja makan waktu 2 jam parahh kecewa bgt buang" waktu lama bgt
The service is lacking .. too long even though the customer service queue 1 to 4 just takes 2 hours seriously disappointed really waste "really long time

lalu diarahkan securitynya untuk tlp hallo bca. haduh, pak... klo saya mau tlp hallo bca saya ngapain pagi2 ke bank. kyknya ini alesan KCP yg di kota wisata rame banget. krn di sekitar area ini cuma 1 kcp yg buka. gmn ini bca???
I came here early this morning, but the teller couldn't serve it because of system problems and it closed for 1 year.
then directed the security to call hello BCA. Oops, sir... if I want to call hello BCA, what am I doing at the bank in the morning. I think this is the reason KCP is very busy in tourist cities. because around this area only 1 kcp is open. how about this bca???
