★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kasir tidak standby di tempat..malah diem di belakang. Breafing seharusnya setengah jam sebelum klinik dibuka atau sebelum jam buka. Bukan waktunya sudah mulai buka baru breafing.
The cashier is not standby on the spot...in fact stays behind. The briefing should be half an hour before the clinic opens or before opening hours. This is not the time to start opening a new briefing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good service klinik, tempat baru lebih nyaman dan bersih. Kualtas pelayanan front office memuaskan. Dokter yang merawat juga ramah dan profesional. BPJS dan non BPJS dilayani dengan baik. Hanya saja untuk poli gigi pasien BPJS harus mendaftar terlebih dahulu pagi hari dan jumlah dibatasi, semoga klinik Gracia baru di Harvest City bisa sama kualitasnya dengan Klinik di Narogong,
Good service clinic, new place more comfortable and clean. Front office service quality is satisfying. Doctors who treat are also friendly and professional. BPJS and non BPJS are well served. It's just that for dental poly BPJS patients must register in the morning and the number is limited, hopefully the new Gracia clinic in Harvest City can be of the same quality as the Clinic in Narogong,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mohon lebih perhatian mengenai hasil diagnosa terutama PCR. jangan sampai ada alasan salah memasukan data. Itu akan berdampak buruk bagi orang banyak.
Jangan sampai yang saya alami terulang kembali kepada yang lainnya.
Please pay more attention to the diagnostic results, especially PCR. Don't let there be any reason to enter the data incorrectly. It would be bad for a lot of people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Untuk daftar dokter gigi aja harus 3x bolak balik. ambil nomor antrian sebelum subuh (soalnya jam 6 pagi saja sudah habis itu nomor) lalu daftar ulang di jam 7 pagi dan balik lagi jam 4 sore.
To register a dentist, you have to go back and forth 3 times. take the queue number before dawn (because at 6 am it's already the number) then re-register at 7 am and come back at 4 pm.

Masa harus antrean manual jam 6 pagi balik lagi jam 7 praktek dokternya sore, kaya puskesmas, orang dah males duluan, mending ke RS sekitarnya banyak.Saran: Jaman online (dan pandemi) dimana tinggal pakai jempol, mending pakai google form yg simpel atau telpon lebih sederhana.
General doctors are good, but the queue for dentists is complicated. You have to queue manually at 6 in the morning, come back at 7 for a doctor's practice in the afternoon, like a puskesmas, people are lazy first, it's better to go to the surrounding hospitals. Suggestion: In the online (and pandemic) era where you just use your thumb, it's better to use a simple google form or call simpler.
