Saya sudah 2x ke bank mandiri cabang kota wisata untuk membuka blokir kartu mandiri saya tetapi tidak bisa terus dikarenakan alasan sudah penuh padahal saya kesitu sekitar jam 10 pagi dan jam 11 an.mohon untuk mandiri cabang kota wisata memberikan tambahan kuota untuk pelayanan karena saya butuh mengurus atm mandiri saya. Terima kasih.
I've been to the Mandiri City Tourism branch twice to unblock my Mandiri card but I couldn't continue because the reason it was full even though I was there around 10 am and 11 am. my independent atm. Thank you.

Pelayanan nya lama banget, petugasnya cuma dikit, harusnya kalo tau nasabahnya banyak pelayanan di cepetin sama tambah petugas dong.

bad service, menunggu 2 jam sudah mengisi form online untuk pembuatan rekening. disuruh menunggu di antrean luar sudah di konfirmasi atas nama siapa. setelah menunggu 2 jam saya tanyakan brp lagi antreannya satpam mandiri kotawisata tidak menuliskan nama saya di antrean . untuk apa saya disuruh menunggu 2 jam? dan tidak ada kejelasan lanjutan karena di katakan untuk pembuatan rekening sudah habis kuota. satpam tidak informatif saling menyalahkan dan tidak jelas!
bad service, waiting 2 hours already filling out the online form for account creation. told to wait in the queue outside has been confirmed in whose name. After waiting for 2 hours I asked how many more the queue was for the security guard independent kotawisata did not write my name in the queue. why am I told to wait 2 hours? and there is no further clarity because it says the quota for account creation has run out. uninformative security guards blame each other and are not clear!

A very bad experience. Arrived at 08.15 for Customer Support. The bank was opened at 09.00 but until 12.00 my que number is still not yet called. Waiting area is also in very poor conditions.
