★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya mau nabung tapi ko di bikin ribet padahal tabungan sendiri..
Biasa saya cuma ngunjukin fotocopi ktp sama buku tabungan doang langsung di proses..
Tapi tadi saya MASUK jam 11.00WIB TGL 28/11/2018 saya langsung di samperin sapam saya langsung ngomong mau nabung pak.. pak sapam menjawab bawa ktp asli/sim saya jawab saya cuma bawa fotocopi ktp doang kata pak sapam ngga bisa mas harus asli nya..
Terus saya ngomong lg ke pak sapam saya biasa pake kaya gitu doang pak langsung di proses..
Saya disuruh ke teler sama ajah jawabnya.
Terus saya keluar di samperin lg sama pak sapam bisa mas tapi pake ktp temen nya yg asli tapi buku tabungan nya ngga bisa di print langsung paling nabung doang..
Saya jawab lg: ngga jadi pak saya soal nya butuh print2 nya..
Saya langsung gas motot..
Baru pertama saya di bikin ribet sama bank btn..??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya mau cetak buku aja lama banged. padahal yang ngantri dikit. Gak ngerti deh cara kerja ibu2 seneor nya. Pelayanan lama. Padahal Security sama CS nya udah ramah banged.
I just want to print the book, it's been a long time. even though the queue is a bit. I don't know how the senior mothers work. Old service. Even though Security and CS are already friendly.
