★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mau print aja susah dan rewel pdhal cuma buku kpr dan hanya ingin tau kena penurunan bunga brp. Tetlalu kaku dan menyusahkan. Lain kli kl setor bukan namanya jg jgn terina mending lgs yg punya rek. Spy ug nyetor jg ngk banyak.
 It's difficult and fussy to print, even though it's just a mortgage book and just want to know how much the interest rate will decrease. Too stiff and troublesome. Next time, if the deposit is not the name, don't accept it, it's better if you have an account. Spy ug doesn't deposit a lot either.

Tenaga pengamanan harus melaksanakan 3S dan Service Excellence, yang mana hal tersebut tidak ada di bank kcp ini.
