★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan sangat mengecewakan, berulang kesini untuk urus rekening, tapi sering gagal karena gak dapat nomor antrian, padahal datang jam 12 kurang, bank tutup jam 14, kata satpam harus datang sebelum jam 8.30, untuk ambil nomor antrian dulu, heran di era digital ini kok masih ada bank swasta yg pelayanannya sangat tradisional..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan mengecewakan, sy sudah 4 kali datang kesini utk urusan cetak ATM dan buku rekening, tapi selalu gagal dengan berbagai alasan seperti :
- jaringan bermasalah
- nomor antrian habis
- petugasnya cuma satu
- dll
Sungguh aneh, pelayanan publik swasta tapi tidak mengantisipasi kebutuhan konsumennya.
Disappointing service, I have come here 4 times to print ATM and account books, but always fail for various reasons such as:
- network problem
- queue number runs out
- only one officer
- etc
It is strange, private public services do not anticipate the needs of their consumers.

- CS dan Teller masing2 cuma ada satu
- Sistem Error
- Antrian tidak tertib, ada nasabah yg bisa nyelak tapi tetap dilayani
Mohon tambahkan SDM-nya, karena antrian mengular.
Slow and bad service:
- There is only one CS and Teller each
- System Error
- The queue is not orderly, there are customers who can interrupt but are still served
Please add the HR, because the queue is snaking.

After I talk angry with the customers service inside he send his friend give me number. And the system online not offline and I surprise when I find he go to talk for the employee to tell her about he tell me the system offline. And after this I find some customers come he know them so he start finish they what need as he work in bank he talk as he the owner of the bank not security and choice who’s go inside the bank and who’s not allowed to go inside. Seriously.
