โ โ โ โ โ Great apartment in Jakarta CBD. Next to a popular family mall Kota Kasablanka or known as Kokas. Very well maintained with nice size units instead of shoe box size new apartment. Almost half of the residents are Japanese

โ โ โ โ โ Horrible Management. I live next to this apartment and they host loud outdoor party till late night. Disturb family with babies. Only D Bags would do this kind of atuff. Aprtment douchd bags.

โ โ โ โ โ have been here for almost 6 months. The staff is so wonderdul, great kids area, facilities are always maintained well, 3 swimming pools and more. 5 minute walk to Kota Kasablanca which has lots of shopping and restaurants. Really has made an expat happy and living Jakarta easy.

โ โ โ โ โ Apartement with best security guard but need to upgrade the elevators by using the access card (not manual), best facilities (3 swimming pools, 3 tennis courts, fitness room, jacuzzi, sauna and best place for kids). Clean parking lot for tenant. Keep up the good work.

โ โ โ โ โ Good enough of the building style, however it is no longer new design. It looks nice and tidy at the front side. This apartment has a strategic location at the adjacent area connecting Kuningan and Tebet districts. More over, it is nearby the famous and cozy place mall of Kota Casablanca.
Some people prefer living here to combine their business studio or casual office.
