★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The view from my room (22th floor) is amazing. The room is maintained very clean throughout our stay. On a general note, avoid until the place is completely renovated. Toilets chokes every damn day and it makes me go even more crazier. The price is cheaper than hotel in ithe same range level.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All in all a good hotel in a good location with great transport connections. The cleanliness of the hotel is all right. These people seemed genuinely happy to do things for us. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Puri Casablanca and would definitely love to stay here during our next trip to Jakarta.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've always been extremely happy with the cleanliness of the hotel. Modular kitchen apartment with all modern amenities. The hotel’s transportation is very convenient. The staff are so friendly and eager to help in any way. We got special cost with breakfast. From the minute you arrive you feel welcomed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In the two bedroom apartment, the space is quite large. There are:
- living room with sofa and dining table
- kitchen with stove, microwave, and refrigerator
- two bathroom which one with bath tub
- two bedroom which one with king size bed and another with single bed
- maid room and it toilet
- laundry area with washing machine.
It is look like small house.
This flat is comfortable to stay in both short or long period. But the internet was very poor, so does the TV Cable. And if you need any housing utilities, you can rent it from the management.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great four star hotel with large shared facilities swimming pool, children park, tennis, basketball court, jogging track. Rented the 3 bedrooms apartment. Fit for 5 people. But with sofa can fit 6 to 7 people. Large dining space in the apartment with kitchen and oven. Have washing machine. Howevwr breakfast is minimal. Better order without breakfast and use the money to buy better quality breakfast in the hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I renovated this apartment with 'Classic Modern'. I love this apartment where my fam and I live here because:
1. this strategic location which nearby my office
2. the facilities are very complete (3 outdoor tenis court, 1 fun pool with sliding & 1 kiddy pool, jaccuzzi, sauna bathroom, basketball court and driving golf minicourt)
3. Dedicated Parking lot (not share to other tenant)
4. Kid friendly (3 kid playgrounds)
Eventhough this apartment was built on 1998 (22 years ago) but the building maintenance is very well. the PPRS (Apartment Maintenance Coordinator) is very active perform some maintenances to keep this apartement in Good Condition.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's very disappointing on how they service there!!!!
Starting from the check in queue, we stayed there for NYE and we knew it would be busier (though we thought everyone else will stay in other apt where the building is more modern), BUT we didn't expect it finally turned out to be this crowded!!!! When i asked one of the staff, they just said everyone came at the same time in the afternoon while it's actually empty in the noon (2 points here: 1. They did nothing, just complaining and 2. They just blame the guest on coming all together, it's NYE guys come on what did you expect? You know it would be busier than the rest days of the year!!). So there's only 2 receptionist there, we needed to queue for more than an hour, standing, in a very very crowded small lobby!! And not to mention, in this COVID situation! The process to check in was supposed to be simple, where we just needed to fill in some forms and deposit some money but not sure what makes the queue was so long. Even after the long queue to check in, there's another long queue for the people to get in the elevator! So my friends and i came around 6pm and just got up at our room around 7.30pm.
Around 9pm, we called the front office asking someone to check our kitchen as the microwave didn't work and the gas seems didn't fit well so it can't be used. We called them again and again and again like 5 times or more and they just came aroun 10.30pm with a new microwave and they fixed the gas. So we were just able to have dinner at that very late time......
And tomorrow when we checked out, the queue was there again.... Spending another 30mins to stand again, and another 15 minutes to wait their confirmation if the room was ok so we can leave.
VERY "NICE" SERVICE PURI CASABLANCA! :)

The Dahlia Tower is specially for service apartement rent...
Location nearest Kota Kasablanka and South Jakarta area Business Center....
They have full complete facilities....
For breakfast voucher can be use on The Foodhall supermarket served for breakfast menu.....good idea.....
