★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you want to buy or rent unit in this property, please think twice about it possibly more. And let me tell you why.
They have a green building movement concept but at the same time they're allowing Holcim factory (cement factory) to operate next to the apartment where many families live and BREATH around the area. Worse thing is the factory makes loud noises until 2AM, EVERY SINGLE DAY.
And seriously what is it that makes the management so hard to understand that their elevators don't function properly and keep skipping the floors people want to go to?!?!?!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was my home for two years. Excellent location right across a quiet mall, with plenty of food options, a gym, and a well-stocked supermarket. The gated apartment has two lovey pools that seem to be shared with the adjacent hotel. A bule conducts yoga classes by the pool at 7pm every Wednesday.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location, rather new but the apartment I stayed in was so dirty, it took me about 4 hours to clean it. It has a great pool. No gym yet even though it hi advertised. Room rate at 7-8m not to bad. I would stay again.

strategic location, has a shuttle to nearby Epicentrum Walk, located inside a quite tidy area, located a bit far from high ways, not too densely populated, nice pool and gym.
-Minus:
The noise and pollution from Holcim nearby, problematic elevators, lack of responsiveness in the management.

- Strategic area, close to Mega Kuningan CBD
Cons:
- So much noise from the neighbourhood, without disrespecting religion, the noise from mosque next to The Wave building is painfully loud and can be very early (everyday at 4 am) and can last until late (at 11 pm). I hope management can solve this otherwise they will lose tenants

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a decent place of living. Located strategicly in south of Jakarta. Near the main business street of Jakarta. Building wise isn't as fancy as the rest of the apartment in the area. But it's well managed and safe location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Whats with the water seriously? The flowing water in my sink and into my washing machine can suddenly turn into brown colour and thats so disgusting.. I wonder who else experience such a troublesome water. How lucky i am to have chose this unit -.- my first time having this issue was in my second week of staying, and it just happened a couple of times, called the engineering team to do some fixing or maintenance but still happened now and then. Now its my third month and it happened twice in three days. This is so frustrating. I dont expect to live in an apartment just to taste the quality of contaminated water. Not blaming the work of engineering team, they obviously showed us the best they can do. Its just if you wanna fix this for good, youre gonna have to really investigate further into your piping system bcs obviously one or most of the pipes are rusty. I suspect that way bcs engineering team always tell us that the last time they checked the water was totally clear.
