★ ★ ★ ★ ★ kesan terakhir sy sama rip curl kokas ini sangat mengecewakan, semakin kesini penjaga toko sikapnya semakin tidak professional, lalai.
sy service jam dari tgl 4 maret 2022, biasanya selang 3-4 hari sudah menerima sms dari rip curl service center bali, sy curiga knp sd 16 maret belum ada notifikasi sms, kemudian sy telf rip curl bali, katanya mereka blm menerima jamnya, terakhir mereka terima pd saat service di bulan februari, lalu sy telf rip curl kokas, ternyata jam saya masih disana blm dikirim jg ke service center bali, keselip, kemudian mereka meminta maaf dan akan melakukan pengiriman sesegera mungkin (urgent), yg bikin sakit hatinya tgl 21 sy melakukan pengecekan langsung datang ke rip curl kokas, dan sy menemukan jam saya ternyata masih di dalam laci blm dikirim sama mereka, padahal tgl 16 setelah mereka meminta maaf atas kelalaian mereka, mereka akan mengirimkan segera, nyatanya tidak. silahkan dicek sytle code A3155. jam ini sy beli pd tgl 11 jan 2022 melalui online shop dan baru 2 mingguan sudah mengalami kendala, kemudian di service ke bali, setelah saya terima selama lebih kurang 1 mingguan kemudian rusak lagi.
awal sekali sy tertarik beli jam rip curl itu krn sy liat kesannya bagus, jam surfing, di mall kota kasablanka (kokas) sekitar th 2019, 2 pcs, dan baru beli yg satunya langsung menemukan kerusakan, masuk air, sehingga harus di service ke bali, selang satu bulan jam yg sama mengalami kendala dan dibawa lagi ke bali utk diservis. awalnya kaget juga knp jam sekelas rip curl kok bs 2x kendala dlm waku dekat, padahal brand jam ini kelasnya international utk surfing. akhirnya dr pd bolak-balik service saya beli aja 1 lagi yg baru.
kemudian di th 2021 sy beli lg 1 pcs sbg gift utk rekan kerja.. (mudah-mudahan tdk mengalami kendala). kemudian di th 2022 sy beli lg 3 pcs.
total udh 7 jam sy beli merk rip curl ini.
namun sekarang rasanya lucu, ingat rip curl, auto teringat rip curl kokas, mengingat pelayanan after sales yg buruk, harus cek dan ricek sendiri, jamnya berkali2 rusak lg, dr awalnya sy baik2 sampe kecewa, jd males liatnya, pengalaman buruk.
My last impression with this rip curl coke is very disappointing, the more the shopkeeper comes here, the more unprofessional, negligent attitude is.
I service hours from March 4, 2022, usually 3-4 days after receiving an SMS from the Rip Curl Service Center Bali, I suspect why until March 16 there has been no SMS notification, then I called Rip Curl Bali, they said they haven't received the clock, lastly they received it during service in February, then I called rip curl coke, it turns out that my watch was still there and it hasn't been sent to the Bali service center yet, it slipped, then they apologized and will make the delivery as soon as possible (urgent), which made his heart hurt on the date 21 I did a check and went straight to Rip Curl Coke, and I found that my watch was still in the drawer, it had not been sent to them, even though on the 16th after they apologized for their negligence, they would send it immediately, in fact it didn't. please check style code A3155. I bought this watch on January 11, 2022 through the online shop and it's only been 2 weeks I've had problems, then it was serviced to Bali, after I received it for about 1 week then it broke again.
At first, I was interested in buying the Rip Curl watch because I saw the impression was good, surfing hours, at the Kota Kasablanka Mall (Kokas) around 2019, 2 pcs, and I just bought the other one, I immediately found the damage, got into the water, so it had to be serviced to Bali , after one month the same hour had problems and was brought back to Bali for service. At first, I was also surprised that a Rip Curl class clock could have 2x problems in the near future, even though this watch brand has an international class for surfing. Finally, after going back and forth for service, I just bought 1 more new one.
Then in 2021, I bought another 1 pcs as a gift for a coworker... (hopefully there won't be any problems). Then in 2022 I bought another 3 pcs.
I have bought this Rip Curl brand for 7 hours in total.
but now it's funny, remember rip curl, auto remember rip curl coke, remember bad after sales service, have to check and recheck it yourself, the clock was broken again and again, from the start I was fine until disappointed, so lazy to watch it, bad experience.
