★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible airline, with rude staff and absolutely exorbitant overweight fees. Be warned that tripods need to be checked in and they will charge over 1.5million Rupiah for this, absolutely criminal, will never fly with them again, could have flown with a reputable airline after all these excess costs were added up, don't waste your time and money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service. I am on flight AK0387 and i waited and asked the desk about my flight and they told me to wait. There were 2 other flights for kuala lumpur. So, i waited and it says it is delayed by an hour. Then i go up hand them my ticket and they say i missed my flight. The gate was changed and they say they announced my name however it would have been so easy to tell me when i am asked them to go to the new gate. I have a hearing loss. I asked to sre the manager but he ignored me This was so disrespectful. So, they want me to pay for this. The staff and managers do not care if a customer makes their flight or not. I cannot even say they care about their paycheck. They sit at the desk like annoyed dead bodies. If this is what Air Asia stands for, then count me out. Anyone reading this, please avoid using this airline. They dont care about customer. I have tried multiple times to use them and the service is always poor for what high prices you pay.
Ade Suryana was the manager and had no care for my situation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My sister and her husband can't contact the support team to book a wheelchair. They are leaving today from Jakarta to Bali and we've tried contacting several different AirAsia support numbers. NONE of them worked, call center workers are non-existent, our calls have not been answered once. Very very very bad service. I do NOT recommend AirAsia. CitiLink is much better!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid AirAsia whenever possible. My flight was canceled more than 2 years ago and they are still didn't refund my money. After ticket for refund being open for 2 years, they simply close it and then they force it back to open it again and then waiting process begins again. If you ever book a flight, do NOT book hotel with flight because this is also money they didn't return me back. AVOID airline AIRASIA
