Bin nun schon vier Mal in der Business geflogen und kann mich nicht beschweren. Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit, Flugzeuge modern und sauber. Auswahl an Speisen und Getränken gut und ausreichend. Verstehe nicht warum hier schlecht bewertet wird.

Sampai bandara kami di pisah per rombongan jamaah haji lalu satu per satu rombongan jamaah haji menuju kursi tunggu. Karena kami rombongan 8 kami di urutan ketiga menuju ruangan pemeriksaan. Di ruang pemeriksaan diperiksa passpor, scan jari dan foto seperti proses biometrik. Lalu kami menunggu pesawat siap di koridor menuju ruang tunggu setelah satu per satu rombongan menuju ruang tunggu jam 00.00 kami mulai menuju pesawat jakarta saudi atau jks dan take off pada pukul 00.15. Perjalanan menuju bandara king abdul aziz sekitar 9 jam. Di dalam pesawat kami di berikan 2x makan. Pesawatnya nyaman sekali guncangan saat take off tidak terasa namun kekurangannya ada satu pramugari nya yang tidak ramah yang kebetulan melayani kabin kami. Bukan org indonesia. Saran saya jika melayani jamaah haji harus ramah apalagi kebanyakan jamaah adalah orang tua dan mereka pasti lelah karena menempuh proses perjalanan yang padat dan menguras banyak energi hingga malam. Jangan terburu-buru saat melayani penumpang sehingga mengakibatkan kecelakaan kecil di pesawat. Namun hal itu terobati karena ada satu pramugari saudia asal indonesia bernama susan yang ramah terhadap semua jamaah sehingga rasa tidak nyaman itu terhapuskan
