★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked a trip to Labuan Bajo using Citilink and now I absolutely REGRET it! We arrived in Labuan Bajo airport from Jakarta to find that our luggage was missing. We were informed by a staff member that our luggage did not make it on the flight, due to an issue with the conveyer belt. And this happened even though we had arrived 2 hours before our flight, still they did not manage to get my luggage on the plane by other means…The staff and her colleagues then said that they can only deliver it the next day, not knowing when exactly it will be delivered. Note this, I’m on vacation and have everything that I need, literally everything from clothes and equipment for the activities we had already booked but now I’m left with nothing to use. I had to cancel my events for today and the following day because of this incident. Given that this was a hopeless pursuit and knowing that these people could not do anything more, I asked the staff if there would be compensation for this incident. The response that I can take 200,000 rupiah and not have my luggage delivered! How ridiculous is that? I couldn’t believe that this is the way these people operate….unbelievable. I just lost 2 full days out of the 4 days in my trip, along with 7 million rupiah worth of non refundable activities and having to purchase new clothes plus equipments, and this is what you are offering me?! Never again.
