★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya mau beli rotiboy 2 buah pada hari minggu tanggal 6 Oktober 2019, jam 9 an malam di roti boy 2D kedatangan. Total harga Rp 27,000(13,500 ×2). Saya bayar dgn uang 100,000an, setelah itu saya diserahkan roti nya dan uang 30,000. Saya tunggu karena saya kira masih nunggu struk ke print sambil nyerahin sisa kembalian 3000. Tapi setelah lama saya tunggu kok pegawainya diam dan langsung saya tanya mana struknya. Eh dia malah bilang"oh bapak mau struk". Terus saya tanya harga satunya 13,500 kan, ini kembaliannya kurang. Dengan santainya dia bilang"kalau mau uang kecil harus tukar di dalam". Saya langsng cancel minta kembaliin uang saya.
Ini bukan masalah nominal uangnya,tp masalah attitude orangnya.
Jika management mau berbenah silahkan di cek pegawai yg bekerja pada hari dan jam diata.
I want to buy 2 pieces of rotiboy on Sunday, October 6, 2019, at 9 in the evening on 2D boy bread arrival. Total price of Rp. 27,000 (13,500 × 2). I paid with 100,000s, after that I was handed the bread and 30,000. I'm waiting because I think I'm still waiting for the receipt to print while giving up the remaining 3000 change. But after a long time I waited how come the employees are silent and I immediately asked where the receipt was. Eh he instead said "oh father want to receipt". Then I asked the price of only 13,500, right, this change was lacking. He casually said "if you want small money you have to exchange it in". I immediately canceled asking for my money back.
This is not a matter of nominal money, but the problem is the attitude of the person.
If management wants to clean up, please check employees who work on the day and hour.
