★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever! They canceled our flight from Lombok to Jakarta and connecting flight to Singapore as well. Both for operational reason, whatever that means. They did not let us know in advance because, as they explained, they only called passengers with Indonesian phone number. After 2 hours waiting at the counter they offered us alternative flight with sleepover in Jakarta and arrival to SG 12h later than planned. In Jakarta no one seemed to be informed about it and they sent us for our luggage and told us to go by train to another terminal. We did not get our luggage and were told that they sent it directly to Singapore. After another 2 hours at customer service we booked a hotel on our own because the staff was not able to tell us how far their hotel is or if there are at least any toiletries. They did not provide any food vouchers, overnight package or at least tooth brush. No one really speaks English and staff is not helpful at all. At least they found our luggage and delivered it to our hotel in the end.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Airlines from Indonesia, by Lion Group.. but i think Batik better then Lion. They have entertaiment system event sometimes not working. But im enjoy fly with Batik Air

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been using this airline like 5 times, i guess it's far better than Lion and they have a great service, Seat is pretty good, leg has many space like garuda, their food is basic airplane food like Bread+Mineral water, Take off and landing felt so smooth. If i compare this with Garuda Indonesia, i can say Batik is a budget version of Garuda.
1 star loss because of the seat is a bit dirty also sometimes their video screen is not work at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of a main domastic air line in indonesia and its much better than Lion air line. But sometimes they are changing the flight schedules. Better to use business class as i have seen that economy class seats are so congested. Ground staff is so slow and took so long time to check in. I think we dont need to have a pcr test for fly and no any social distance maintained in flight. Non of displays are operational in business class. Meal/Snack pack is not bad not good.
