★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid this airline at all costs! Worse than the delays is the frequent rescheduling of flights, often to earlier times at last minute. Example today, online check in, boarding pass issued 9pm for a 6.30am flight. They reschedule at night to 5.30am. After dealing with 90% unhelpful and arrogant staff (there are rare exceptions that really help you), I got rescheduled to a flight 5hrs later.
Things go wrong from now and then also with other airlines, but Citilink or Garuda handle these cases so much better in a much nicer environment and don't make you feel so bad.
