Semua brand seperti Michael kors, kate spade, fossil jamnya semua dia rekomen untuk repair disini karena katanya brand brand tsb yg menyediakan jam jam beremerk seperti Mk, katespade dll. The staff was friendly but turns out my watch can't be fix there cus they don't have the accecories needed to fix it. I would say i am not really happy with that since the store is the official repair shop for my michael kors watch. Udh tanya bisa indendt acecories batunya ato engga, katanya g bsa jga. Soo, its quite dissapointing but the staff were friendly thats the great point. Hope you'll receive my input. Thankyou!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The only 'lifestyle' watch service center. Unfortunately, the service is very bad. The process of waiting for registration took 2 hours, while for collection took 1 hour 30 minutes. The customer service who's serving was not quick and tends to waste time (there were 2 times I saw the customer service chatting with the technician when taking the customer's finished watch).
Services between customers took 15 minutes on registration and 10 minutes during the collection.
Advice, do not ever come to this place on weekends. If you must, come when the mall opens at 10 o'clock.
When the customer service says that your watch will be finished within 1 hour, come again 30 minutes later and immediately take the queue number for the collection.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The customer service is quite capable in handling customers when I called them but when I messaged them via WhatsApp, it took long like a couple of days to respond. The rest is only a technical issue, as when I asked them about their supply of certain battery of a certain brand of watch that I have, they told me it took about one month to proceed because they have to order it first, but that's understandable.

They gave guarantee for 6 months if the watch died before it, they will replace the battery free.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Im very lucky to find watchcare can help to my watch. I have a fossil clock series ME1126 that I repair to replace batteries and brascellets. Helped by customer service Ms Nenden, who said she would inform me, always update by SMS and email for the design or color of the brascellet that suitable to my watch.
After 9 weeks my watch was ready to be taken. and I was very impressed with the hard work and service provided. My watch are like new.
And I have provided info from Ms nenden for the use and maintenance of this brascellet. every use of parfume or lotion try to dry first and then use a watch. treatment to clean up can also by wiping with a dry tissue or baby toothbrush. putting your watch away with electronic objects so that the watch's magnetic power lasts.
for a long time waiting list I think it's still at a reasonable time and the feeling is definitely going to be different I get our watch back nice
