★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Untuk service & pelayanan sangat jelek, jam rusak di cassinnya dan selama 1 tahun tdk ada info apa2 ke customer, dan tdk ada solusi dari pihak timexnya.
Sangat buruk...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Selamat siang saya agung dari purwokerto, saya punya jam tangan timex T 46681 9J, sudah beberapa ganti batrei tp cuma bertahan 1 hari drop lagi, informasi dari tukang jam ada yg short di mesinnya, yang kedua saya jg ada butuh tali jamnya yang kulit, apa bisa saya kirim ke seervice centre untuk perbaikan?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pelayanan sangat buruk! saya service jam dengan keluhan baterai mati. ternyata indiglo gak mau idup juga, yang dibetulkan hanya baterai, lampu gak mau hidup lagi, padahal udah disuruh ambil dan katanya sudah beres, saya sudah tanyakan bagaimana kalo ada kerusakan tambahan apa saya diinfokan? tetapi gak diinfokan. udah nunggu 2 minggu masa narok lagi services ulang dan nunggu lagi bisa sebulan services doang. udah gitu Mas yang jaga malah nyalahin temennya yg kebetulan ngurus pas pertama ketemu saya, katanya "gak tau apa2 yg ngurus bukan saya soalnya". ya kalo alasannya gitu gak ada yg tanggung jawab dong maliiih! kan elu kerjanya shift2 gantian. hadeuh.

I've been waiting for 2 weeks for the rest of the services again and waiting for another month of services. that's how it was Mas who was on guard even blamed his friend who happened to take care of him when he first met me, he said "I don't know anything that's taking care of it, not me, the problem is". yes, if the reason is like that, no one is responsible, hey! you work alternately shifts. hadeuh.
