โ โ โ โ โ reason coz so far, it is worst Zara store for pick up online orders, stores just so so not crowded (still in C-19 pandemic situation) but lack of hospitality of their in store personnel and bad coordination too, hope they will improve soon

But be careful for buy it, the clothes and anything products have some Damage around them. Make sure, you check it, before you buy them. Rather than that, anything are okay to get it, in sha Allah.
