★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience ever! Me and my mom visited H&M at Grand Indonesia today. Suddenly the detector rings when we left the store. The staff stopped us like we stole someting from the store! After checking us then she said that sometimes the detector rings when it detected credit or debit card. Seriously It's worst and bad experience for customers! H&M at Grand Indonesia have to change those stup*d detectors and of course the staffs should be trained to handle such as that thing!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service. I asked TWO of the staff there about the sizing off the clothes i wanted to buy. And i asked if they had a smaller size in the shop or in another branch. They said no and they didn’t even check in with the other branches. But when i checked plaza indonesia they had lots of stocks in the size i wanted. Very bad customer service !!!! Too lazy to even check!! HR should recruit better staff!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There’s covid in Indonesia, no tourists, so almost no customers in H&M in Grand Indonesia. But I swear there are like 50 employees at work. I’m not even kidding. They all just stand and look at you and walk in your way…very stressful
