★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ada cs yg ngebantu bikin kartu ATM orangnya mirip banget sama nasar tapi orangnya cara ngelayaninnya ga ramah kyak bank Laen. Agak angkuh juga orangnya

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ngurus kartu ATM baru maunya biar cepat di sini, ternyata lamanya ampun ampunan. Masak mau cek ulang KTP yang agak buram, pake sistem yang kayaknya canggih tapi ternyata ngga jalan mesti restarr nunggu lama. Lalu akhirnya manual nelpon ke pusat, lalu suruh foto, dan ngga cukup sekali. Sibuk urus dokumen dan foto lagi. Ampunnnn ini ngapain pake manusia dan teknologi tapi malah bikin ribet. Di BCA berapa kali urus kartu ngga nyampe lima menit selesai. Ini sampe setengah jam baru beres.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff 1 mbak2 dan 1 mas2 TIDAK PROFESIONAL, semua kendala kartu saya dikatakan TIDAK ADA SOLUSI dan harus balik lagi. Mereka terburu2 mau pulang jam 20:00. Sampai buat alasan tidak jelas apanya saya terblokir. Saya telp Call center malah langsung beres!
Jangan pakai karyawan seburuk itu lagi, unprofessional
