★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service is great and the cleanliness of the rooms are impeccable. The staff is very friendly, helpful and responsive.
However, a bit of improvements would make the stay even better.
First, the consistency of the room's amenities. Since I stayed on 2 consecutive weeks in the Westin I noticed that the amenities on both of my stays are different in quantity and quality. For example, the health kits are available during my first stay but wasn't provided in my second stay. Also, the TV channels and shows aren't consistent (the HBO channel is showing an Asian TV show).
Second, it seems that the fixed furniture would need some repair. Since a cupboard in the room couldn't be properly closed and is half open.
Lastly, the request through the Marriott Bonvoy app wasn't provided, such as the request for extra towel and bath amenities.
I wish the best of success for the Westin Jakarta and hope these inputs would provide room for improvement and a more delightful experience for guests in future stays. Keep up the good work!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Going there to celebrate my bird-day. Nice place, good decor, they have roof top, a good place to hang out, although the price is expensive, but if you want to go there, you must already know the situation.
I order appetizer, nice food, but small portion. 7/10
Next, for main course, I order steak, nice steak, cook very well, the sauce ok, the sweet potato puree is great, so smooth, so sweet, nice puree. 9/10
My wife order fish, great fish, nice taste. 8/10
For dessert, order some ice cream with chocolate n some kind crepes, delicious, but small portion. 7/10
For beverages, I like the taste, but once again, small portion. 7/10
Overall, good place to hang out, the food is great, but the price is expensive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was staying at Westin to celebrate my birthday weekend staycation. The moment the check-in is open through the Bonvoy Apps, I immediately messaged Westin team to inform about my arrival and shared my request for my stay. At that time, the team did not directly accommodate my request, but on the D-1, I am surprised that my request was granted. Thank you for the effort.
The check-in time was not that smooth as usual, but the Front Officer, Mr. Rofiq recognized me as Platinum Elite Member though. I checked-in around 5 pm, thus I expect the room is ready, unfortunately the room was not ready, Mr. Rofiq mentioned that there was minor spot in the room, so the housekeeping was changing the whole set, and Mr. Rofiq kindly say that he will make sure with his own eyes that everything is perfect. So, I was waiting for another 10 minutes on top of the checking process.
I was staying at the executive suites type bedroom, and it was superb as usual. The welcoming birthday cake and the handwritten personal greeting card was memorable. Kudos to Westin Jkt Team.
Overall my stay was amazing, the team manage to cater all of my needs. The breakfast was amazing, there are plenty of vegetarian options since I am a vegetarian. Unfortunately I did not go to the club lounge due to quite crowded at that time, again the lounge team manage to cater my needs so the meals and drinks can be delivered to my room. Thank you Westin Jkt Team, for sure I'll be back.

Breakfast was very rich, ice cappucino double shot was amazing, lounge access was great and also the swimming pool was very pleasant, and my room was very spacious!

The level service provided by the well-trained staff is unparalleled, exceeding even Ritz Singapore (which is a very high standard). The food is fabulous and diversified; cleanliness is a priority; rooms are spacious and pleasant, incredible executive lounge and main buffet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is located in high rise building started from 50th floor up to 69th floor above office floor. They are very organised and keep everything clean for public use due to applying health protocol. Breakfast have many dishes and all are delicious

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As expected from a new hotel, all clean, modern, and comfy. Bed n pillows are comfy as per 5* standard. Twin bedroom is slightly bigger than king bedroom, twin bed size size approx 140cm. Bathroom is very spacious with good pressure rain shower. Swimming pool is small, but it is indoor and heated. Guests will have to reserve a timeslot to use the pool which is a good protocol. Shortlisted as one of our fav hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was here for a wedding reception and not to stay for the room.
The halls were huge and beautiful, and the facility is well kept.
Problem is because of the pandemic, we cant eat during the reception, they can only serve us snacks, and the food can only be given as take away boxes, which is not that good anymore since it's already cold and don't really look appetising put in boxes.
Other thing that the hotel needs to address is how dark is the drive way leading from the lobby to the main road, which they need to put more lights.
Overall beautiful hall, but needs more improvement.
