★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just finished my quarantine here. Second time quarantine but in different hotel. Compared to the first time, this whole process was much more smooth and well organized from airport pick up to check out. Western food could be better and more varied, but overal good. Kids had western menu and often had chicken, potato and veg. And I had vegan. Fresh salads and grilled vegetables.
Room service was good and service from checkin to check out very good. Room service and food delivery was timely. When you needed more supplies in your room housekeeping would come on your request to fill up. Laundry service was perfect and within a day.
WiFi could be better but can understand that the bandwidth is fully used
Room was on executive floor and seem to be newly refurbished. It was clean, spacious with 40 sqm and good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today is my day 2 out of 10 days quarantine here. First of all, I want to give Amelia a big kudos for taking care my reservation. The check-in process was so smooth consider I had jetlag after 23 hrs flying from the US. I skipped breakfast. I think they never delivered my lunch? Not a big deal cause I slept through it & didn't get up until 7pm. I had to call the room service for my dinner. So disappointed, I can only ate the salad, because they gave me fish. I put note on my reservation that I'm allergic to fish & seafood. I haven't get my breakfast this morning & have to call the operator, again.
The room I stayed right now is nice, very spacious & the bed is so comfortable. When you have to stay for next 10 days here I recommend this room, Executive businesses room. Hope the management can solve the meal issues.

Positives : Staff check-in , Maintainence staff , housekeeping and special mention to Amelia reservation were standout.
We stayed in a 2 bedroom which I would say is adequate and comfortable enough ( highly recommended for families)
However the food is terrible. For a 5 star hotel it was extremely disappointing, more like 3 star . I think I was able to eat maybe 2 meals out of the whole stay . The kids meals weren’t much better .
I hope the hotel monitor these comments and action promptly . It really isn’t a big deal to get your food sorted and start giving guests tasty food .
There were other issues too, but it’s not worth mentioning as the hotel eventually rectified them .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Going to a foreign country and having to be quarantined was scary but from start as I was being escorted from the airport to my hotel by my driver, the kindest man, Askander relieved my fears and nerves. I will never forget him. As for the hotel, all I can say is wow amazing!!! The staff was so kind and welcoming, the room was clean the food was great and I will be staying there again hopefully sometime soon. Top notch Wyndham of Jakarta. Thank you for everything!!!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great, luxury, and clean hotel. I like the room, it has bathtub and I think every room in this hotel equipped with bathtub. Had a chance to swim and it was an enjoyable moment, spacious pool with separated kiddy pool and a jacuzzi. But did not really satisfied with how they managed the dinner. We had half an area off lights and the food served cold, even the soup wasn't hot at all! (we were there in a group). The portion nevertheless, is huge. But still, it didn't serve hot. Well, also the waitress seemed to had a little too time to get things done, read : impatient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i am staying here for a quarantine. Room is big enough and very clean, you have everything needed. I really like the app where you can request food or Room amenities easily and get it in 10 minutes. the food is nice, we choose vegetarian menu, some dish like pasta is especially tasty. The food exceed my general expectations. The only disadvantage for me that windows is in build and can not be opened. it creates additional isolation from the world and you don't have fresh air to breathe, it's hard to stay for 10 days without fresh air, even when air conditioning is good. Staff is helpful and friendly, greatful for their work?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lobby is big and comfy. Swimming pool area is amazing. Water is clean enough, and there's a pool for children, adult with 0,9 m / 1,2 m / 1,4 m deep. Also a good place to relax.

Pick up at the airport and check in was very fast and smooth
Room is big enough for 2 people to stay for 7 days quarantine
Bed is really comfortable!
Hotel staff is very helpful
Special thanks to Mujib ( sales manager) who took care of us during the stay and made it better.
All in all it is a good experience for the money you pay.
