just been running for 2 months, suddenly changed serviceny, many limitation and asked for an upgrade to increase the price of 6 million. unprofessional service. finally I don't use it anymore. don't recommend for umkm

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are a small business that were looking for a boost in our online marketing and put simply, Ai Sensum and the Lucky Lalu team just did not deliver.
We ran an online marketing campaign with them for 3 months and were nowhere near the results we had expected. Additionally, we were left with very little information about what had not worked except for "spending more on awareness campaigns".
I would urge other small business owners to not fall for the generalized gimmick of AI learning and improving performance based on an AI system because in our case it did not deliver results over several months and has left us without much clarity.
